God
I will respect God by what I say and what I do. I will not use His name in vain. I will be respectful during worship through music and in the preaching of His Word by listening and not distracting from what God wants to do. I will not use any name of God in an improper way. I will respect God during times of prayer by being engaged and not distracting others during that time.
OTHERS
I will respect others by what I say and what I do. I will only speak kindly about others whether they can hear me or not. I will not belittle or bully others. I will be respectful during worship through music, the preaching of the Word and during small groups by not being a distraction to others. I will not gossip. I will not behave inappropriately physically with others. I will listen to the adult leaders and follow what they ask me to do. I will respect others because I myself want to be respected.
Myself
I will respect myself by what I say and what I do. I will not talk negatively about myself but will strive to see myself as made in God’s image. I will be gracious with myself. I will allow myself to get adequate sleep so that I can fully enjoy the event. I will not partake in any illegal substances (drugs, alcohol, prescription drugs that are not my own, etc.).
Property
I will respect property by what I say and what I do. I will not speak negatively about the property that we are using but will be appreciative for the blessings God has provided. I will help clean the property we are using, even if I did not make the mess. I will pick up after myself and I will not cause damage to any property. If I cause damage, I will take responsibility by telling a leader and helping make amends.
